Ivanka Trump added fuel to the fire on Twitter, releasing a statement saying:

It is an honor to serve in the White House alongside so many great colleagues and I know that the President will nominate a formidable replacement for Ambassador Haley. That replacement will be me.

And in a follow-up tweet, Ivanka explained why she feels she is expertly qualified for the role:

I am uniquely qualified to be the next UN Ambassador because I know every major international fashion designer.
If I can negotiate diplomacy in my wardrobe, imagine what I can do for the entire world! #AmericaFirst #MAGA

In an exclusive interview with staff from Alternative-Science.com, Ivanka explained that brands like Bottega Veneta and Valentino have found common ground and have put an end to the bloodshed started by Versace after he copied an outfit designed by Moschino at Paris fashion week earlier this year. Ivanka credited herself for bringing the international designers back to the negotiation table, putting an end to the madness.
